1. Non-Clinical Logistics Firewall
IndyVyve operates strictly as a non-clinical technology platform and independent marketing intermediary. IndyVyve does not provide medical services, professional advice, clinical diagnosis, pharmacy fulfillment, or prescription drugs. All medical evaluations, clinical determinations, and pharmacy operations are executed exclusively, securely, and independently by National Telehealth Providers, Leg Up Recovery, LegUpRx, and their independent, third-party state-licensed networks. IndyVyve receives administrative compensation solely for software routing and possesses zero operational access to or control over physical drug fulfillment or logistics.

2. Shipping Fees & Geographic Restraints

  • Standard Logistics: Complimentary standard shipping is coordinated for all administrative orders routed within the United States.
  • Geographic Restrictions: Delivery is restricted to states where independent clinical networks and state-licensed pharmacies maintain authorized compliance. Specific patient-specific formulations or services may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to local regulatory frameworks or individual state pharmacy board codes.
 
3. Fulfillment Estimates & FTC Mail-Order Disclosure
  • Patient-Specific Formulations: Following direct clinical approval from an independent provider, patient-specific compounded formulations generally ship from the independent pharmacy within 2 to 3 business days after the custom compounding preparation process is completed by the pharmacy.
  • Non-Prescription Routing: Non-prescription wellness products generally ship within 3 business days of a verified transaction.
  • FTC Safety Harbor Notice: All delivery windows represent non-binding administrative estimates. Actual transit times may fluctuate based on independent provider evaluation delays, pharmacy volume, compounding testing requirements, or carrier disruptions beyond the platform's control.

4. Secure Tracking & Deliveries
Upon shipment, automated routing systems transmit a third-party carrier tracking token via email. When clinically indicated or mandated by state pharmacy laws, patient-specific compounded formulations are dispatched in secure, temperature-controlled packaging and may require a physical signature upon delivery.
5. Address Modifications & Support Routing
To execute legal address modifications or resolve fulfillment inquiries, users must interface directly with the external patient management infrastructure:
  • Fulfillment & Address Changes: Log in to the independent platform patient portal at https://patient.leguprecovery.com/login. Address corrections must be updated prior to payment processing; modifications submitted after pharmacy processing cannot be fulfilled and will result in shipping delays.
  • Platform Technical Support: For non-clinical, website-related technical support, contact IndyVyve Support via the official platform dashboard.
