Review options and submit lifestyle goals via the secure platform patient portal. Acknowledgment of an automatically renewing, recurring monthly platform access fee is required during registration.

Step 2

Independent Evaluation

An independent, licensed medical provider reviews your submitted profile within the secure portal to determine clinical appropriateness. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.

Step 3

Pharmacy Fulfillment
If clinically approved, prescriptions are prepared and dispatched exclusively by independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacies via secure home delivery.

Standard Platform Access

  • Platform Fee: $35.00 / month
    (Billed monthly as an automatically renewing recurring subscription. Cancellations must be submitted online through the platform patient portal at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date to stop automated payment processing).

Flat-Rate Care Coordination
 
  • Zero Per-Visit Fees: Access features $0 additional platform routing fees for scheduled virtual evaluations conducted by independent providers.
  • Independent Provider Routing: Registered users may request routing to independent, third-party providers to conduct virtual wellness evaluations, coordinate laboratory requests, and issue prescriptions if deemed clinically appropriate by the independent provider.
  • Flexible Fulfillment Routing: Prescriptions issued by independent clinical professionals may be routed to independent pharmacies for home delivery or local pickup.

  • On-Demand Urgent Triage: Connects users to independent, on-call clinicians for acute, non-emergency conditions based on real-time independent network availability. (Not for emergency medical use; call 911 immediately).
  • Scheduled Evaluations: Administrative coordination for scheduled virtual consultations regarding foundational health concerns and wellness screening routing.
  • Platform Navigation Support: Non-clinical technical assistance and administrative software routing.
  • Specialist Document Routing: Self-directed administrative routing of care coordination documentation to independent specialty networks upon independent provider request.

Common Prescriptions

If deemed medically appropriate following an independent clinical evaluation, independent licensed healthcare providers may prescribe:

2. Antivirals
For targeted viral illnesses (such as the flu, COVID-19, cold sores, or herpes flare-ups).
 

3. Allergy Medications

4. Dermatology & Topicals

For skin conditions treatable via secure digital photo upload review (including eczema, rashes, allergic reactions, severe acne, or fungal infections).
 

5. Gastrointestinal & Anti-Nausea Medications

For mild to moderate acid reflux/GERD, mild to moderate nausea, stomach cramps, or IBS flare-ups.

6. Everyday Health & Short-Term Refills
Independent telehealth care providers may prescribe essential lifestyle medications and coordinate short-term prescription refills for non-controlled medications:
  • Oral contraceptives and emergency contraception formulations.
  • Targeted treatments for yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis (BV).
  • Short-term refills of standard, non-controlled maintenance medications (such as blood pressure, thyroid, or cholesterol medications) to prevent an immediate lapse in care.

Limitations of Virtual Care & Excluded Conditions

Telehealth is not a replacement for emergency medical care. For user safety, certain clinical conditions require an in-person physical examination.

Independent providers accessible via the platform cannot treat or manage:

  • Medical Emergencies: Chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe shortness of breath, or sudden poisoning.
  • Severe Injuries: Deep lacerations requiring immediate closure, compound fractures, or suspected broken bones requiring X-rays.
  • In-Person Examinations: Any clinical condition requiring an immediate hands-on physical exam, pelvic exam, or continuous vitals monitoring.
  • Controlled Substances: Per strict platform compliance policy, independent providers accessible via the platform do not prescribe controlled substances (including Adderall, Xanax, or opioid narcotics).
 
  • ⚠️ Emergency Reminder: If experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please bypass telehealth entirely, call 911 immediately, or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

Prohibited Medicatons

Per strict platform compliance policy and independent medical safety guidelines, independent providers accessible via the platform do not prescribe controlled substances or complex medications requiring close, in-person physical laboratory monitoring.

Independent providers accessible via the platform do not prescribe:

  • Opioids & Narcotics: (e.g., Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycodone, Codeine)
  • Benzodiazepines, Sedatives, & Anxiolytics: (e.g., Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, Ativan)
  • Central Nervous System Stimulants: (e.g., Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse)
  • Muscle Relaxants Subject to Dependency Risk: (e.g., Soma / Carisoprodol)
  • Medical Marijuana
  • High-Risk Clinical Formulations: Any medication requiring ongoing, in-person physical examinations, continuous blood-draw monitoring, or specialized laboratory management.
